* Rental rate is $40/hour (Discounts given for full day rentals)
* Once a date is decided upon, a 50% deposit is required to hold the date.
* An additional check for the full rental amount is required as a damage deposit. This check will NOT be cashed and will be returned or shredded once the event has completed and the place has been inspected. If there are any damages or items go missing, it is up to the owner as to how much of the deposit you get back.
* A $125 non-refundable cleaning deposit is required.
*Once the rental contract is signed, you will be sent the code to the lock box within 24 hours of your event
* You can bring in your own tables and chairs, or we can provide you a quote that will include delivery and pick up
* You are responsible for any permits needed for your event (such as a temporary alcohol permit) Or if you would like us to do it, we can for a fee
