Join Anais for this class focused on enjoying the freedom of movement, trying something new, and having fun along the way. Completely beginner-friendly, perfect for anyone wanting to explore movement. This class focuses on learning a new style in a relaxed environment. No experience needed—just bring yourself and a sense of curiosity!

For those new to West Coast Swing, this is the perfect class for you. We will keep things simple and teach some of the basics of West Coast Swing. You will begin building a strong foundation for years to come. No preregistration or partner required.

If you're feeling confident in your first 3 basics from the beginning class, you're invited to join us for Beyond The Basics! We will learn the whip, sugar tuck, closed position, and become more confident with the terms that we use in West Coast. No preregistration or partner required.

This class will be focused on the details of West Coast Swing, giving you knowledge, vocabulary, and fun drills to practice in class and at home. We also go into new patterns and styling options for the dance floor with a strong emphasis on connecting with your dance partner.
This class is meant for anyone comfortable with their 5 basic patterns and some variations.
THURSDAYS, 7pm - 9pm

This class will be a deep dive into west coast swing - partnership skills, harder techniques, musicality, etc.
We will start with joining level 3 from 7-8pm and then spend 8-9pm going deeper!
Must compete at an intermediate or above level.

Ballroom dance is a set of partner dances which have been performed around the world both socially and competitively. This dance style originated as far back as the 16th century and has continued to modernize throughout time. The 5 most popular styles of ballroom dance include the Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, Cha Cha and Swing.

Intermediate level bachata classes focused on partner-work. Perfect for someone looking to continue to build on their bachata dance skill. This series is perfect for anyone with existing basic bachata dance skills (basic steps and turns).

Beginning/intermediate Tap Dance is designed to get your feet and mind moving. Classes will begin with a warm-up, followed by some review and practicing of basic steps. Then we will finish each class with a new combination. Drop-ins welcome. Each class will be something new. No need to remember what was learned the previous week, and no recital. Just making joyful noise with our feet each week. Bring your own tap shoes - I will provide boards to dance on!

Strength training has never been so fun and engaging. We use iconic music from decades past and we combine them with routines that target all the muscles groups. Students never get bored because we are using a variety of equipment including hand weights, bands and a mini ball. This is a highly effective workout that provides students with measurable results. No need to pre-register for class. Please bring a mat.
