Rental Venue Process

Need a venue for a private event? Look no further than The Space. When classes and private lessons aren't in session, the studio is available for rent for private parties and events (primarily Saturdays). Our rental process is simple, and pricing is reasonable.

• Rental rate is $50/hour (discounts given for full day rentals) plus a $150 cleaning fee.
• A 50% deposit is required to hold your date on the calendar.
• An additional personal check is required as a damage deposit (to be destroyed after party if no damages have occurred)
• Once the rental contract is signed and all deposits and requirements are met, you will be sent the code to the entry door lockbox.
• You may bring in your own tables and chairs to use in addition to the 21-chairs and 3-6' tables included in your rental at the studio.
• You are responsible for any permits needed for your event (i.e. temporary alcohol permits based on Deschutes County laws)
